Your First Visit

Duration: Approximately 90 minutes

During your initial consultation we will:

• Review your complete health history
• Complete a Dosha (Prakriti) assessment
• Identify current imbalances (Vikriti)
• Discuss nutrition, digestion, sleep, stress, and lifestyle
• Develop a personalized wellness plan
• Provide individualized recommendations to support your health goals

Follow-Up Visits

Follow-up consultations are typically 45–60 minutes and focus on reviewing progress, making adjustments to your wellness plan, and answering questions.
